- If the mistake is made by our team, replacement is completely free.
- If incorrect measurements, colors or details were provided, customization and shipping charges apply.
- Customer-requested changes (size, color or design) are processed at the customer's expense.
🚫 Return & Refund Policy
- Refunds are available only if we cannot provide the ordered product or an eligible replacement.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Used, washed, damaged or customized products cannot be returned or refunded.
📦 Return Shipping
- If we shipped the wrong or defective item, return shipping is covered by us.
- For customer-requested exchanges, one-way courier charges (PKR 200–300) apply.
